Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the My Style is My Brand “Dressed Like You” membership offered by My Style is My Brand LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) at mystyleismybrand.com. By subscribing or using Dressed Like You, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not subscribe.

1. What Dressed Like You includes. An active Dressed Like You membership provides access to members-only (“gated”) content and twice-monthly live Zoom sessions. Session scheduling may change; we aim to hold two live sessions per month. Content and session availability may evolve over time.
2. Eligibility & account. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity under your account.
3. Membership & recurring billing. Dressed Like You is a monthly, auto-renewing subscription billed through Stripe. Pricing: $29.99/month standard; founding members $19.99/month for the first 15 members, applied while the membership stays continuously active (forfeited if it lapses). You authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method the then-current fee each month until you cancel. The subscription renews automatically each cycle. Applicable taxes may apply. Your card statement will show the charge under My Style is My Brand LLC.
4. Cancellation & effect on access. You may cancel anytime from your account or by emailing info@mystyleismybrand.com. Cancellation stops future renewals and access ends immediately upon cancellation. Founding pricing is forfeited if the membership lapses.
5. Price changes. We may change pricing on a going-forward basis with at least 30 days’ notice; continued membership after the effective date is acceptance. (The founding rate is honored per Section 3 while the membership stays active.)
6. Acceptable use. No sharing of credentials; no recording, redistributing, or reselling gated content or Zoom sessions; no unlawful use. Dressed Like You content and sessions are for your personal, non-commercial use.
7. Intellectual property. All Dressed Like You content, session materials, and branding are owned by My Style is My Brand LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access them for personal use during your active membership.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability. Dressed Like You is provided “as is” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Style is My Brand LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the prior 3 months.
9. Governing law & disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction and venue.
