I signed up but didn’t get an email.
Check your spam or promotions folder for a message from info@mystyleismybrand.com. Still nothing after 10 minutes? Your card may not have completed — log in at Log in and look under Subscriptions. If it says Pending, sign up again from Get Dressed Like You. If it’s Active, you’re in — the email just didn’t arrive; nothing to do.
My card was declined.
The bank said no, and no charge was made. Try a different card — sign up again from Get Dressed Like You, or update the card on your existing account under My Account → Payments.
I can’t see The Dressing Room.
- Make sure you’re logged in — Log in.
- Go to My Account → Subscriptions. Active means you have access: open The Dressing Room. Pending or Cancelled means the membership isn’t running — sign up again from Get Dressed Like You.

Reset it here. The email comes from info@mystyleismybrand.com — check spam if it’s not there in a couple of minutes.
How do I join the live session?
Go to Dressed Like You Live Sessions — the join link and the schedule are on that page. Replays appear in The Dressing Room a day or two after each session.
How do I update my card or cancel?
My Account → Payments to update your card. My Account → Subscriptions → Cancel to cancel — you keep access until the end of the month you’ve paid for. No emails needed.
Where are the worksheets?
In The Dressing Room — each worksheet page has the download buttons under "Download the worksheet below."
