My Style is My Brand LLC (“we”) explains here what we collect through mystyleismybrand.com and the Dressed Like You membership, and your choices. This policy replaces the site’s prior (2023) privacy policy to cover membership and payment data.
- Information we collect. Account and contact information (name, email, login); membership/order data via WooCommerce and MemberPress; email-subscription data via MailChimp; billing handled by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers — Stripe processes card data under its own terms; we receive limited billing metadata). Basic usage/log data and cookies (below).
- How we use it. To run your account and Dressed Like You access; process billing and renewals (Stripe); host live sessions; provide support; send transactional messages; and, with consent where required, send marketing via MailChimp. We do not sell your personal information.
- Sharing. With processors that operate the service — WooCommerce, MemberPress, MailChimp, Stripe, and hosting/support providers — under use-only-for-us limits; when required by law; and in a business transfer. Not shared for third-party advertising.
- Cookies. Necessary cookies for login, checkout, and session, plus basic first-party analytics cookies (no third-party advertising cookies). Manage via your browser.
- Retention. Kept while your membership is active and as needed for legal and accounting purposes. Billing and tax records are retained where the law requires (up to 7 years); other personal data is deleted or de-identified within 24 months after your membership ends.
- Your rights (California — CCPA/CPRA). As a California business, we honor California residents’ rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information — we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, email info@mystyleismybrand.com. Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with proof of authorization.
- Security & children. We use reasonable safeguards, though no method is perfectly secure. Dressed Like You is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
